How it works for shops

  1. Register

Tell us your machines, part envelope, materials and the buyers you want.

  2. Get previews

We send RFQ previews that fit what you run.

  3. Take the ones that fit

Tell us which requests you want to quote.

  4. Quote directly

You get the buyer's contact and files and deal with them yourself.

Who qualifies

We keep the list short so buyers get serious quotes and each shop gets requests it can win.

  • 5-axis machinesAt least one simultaneous or 3+2 machine in daily use.
  • Response timeYou reply to buyers within 48 hours.
  • ConfidentialityYou sign an NDA when the buyer asks for one.
  • Honest quotingYou decline parts you cannot hold rather than quote and miss.

Register your shop

Five steps. The required fields take about five minutes. The optional ones take ten more and they are the ones we match on, so fill in what you can. We reply within 24 business hours. You can also email .

Capability profile

Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder. Put your machine list, factory photos, certificate scans and example parts in one folder and set it so anyone with the link can view.
PDF, images or a zip, up to 10 MB in total. A link is easier for us to keep up to date.
Buyer regions you prefer (optional)
Leave all unticked if you are happy with requests from anywhere.

Send your shop profile

The form above is enough to start. The profile is what we actually match on, so a shop that sends it gets requests that fit rather than requests that nearly fit.

  1. Download the profile sheet

Three tabs: company, machines, commercial. Every field is one a buyer asks us about.

  2. Fill it in and add photos

Ten photographs: the entrance, your 5-axis machines, the inspection room, material storage, finishing, packing and three example parts, plus scans of any certificate.

  3. Send it back

Upload the sheet and the photographs, and we read them before the next matching round.

The upload folder is being set up. Register above and email your profile sheet and photographs to and we will send the folder link back.

Questions shops ask

How many shops get the same RFQ?

Three at most, and only shops whose machines, materials and part size fit the request. If one or two shops are the right fit, we send it to fewer rather than fill the list.

Do I have to quote every request you send?

No. You see a preview of the part first and tell us which requests you want. Declining one does not change what we send you next.

What goes in the capability profile link?

A folder or a single PDF with your machine list, factory photos, certificate scans and two or three example parts. Set the link so anyone with it can view. It is what we read when we decide which requests fit you.

Who sees my profile?

We do. We name your shop to a buyer only after you take their request. Buyers never browse a supplier list on this site.

What if a request does not match the preview?

Tell us and we review it. We correct the match rules so you stop getting that type of request.

Which countries can register?

Any country. Buyers can name a preferred region, so shops in North America, Japan, Korea and the rest of Asia see the most requests from buyers who asked for them.

How long does registration take?

About five minutes for the required fields. The optional questions add around ten minutes. They are the ones we match on, so fill in what you can.
