Aerospace and 5-Axis Trade Shows 2027: Where Buyers of Machined Aerospace Parts Meet Suppliers

The aerospace shows that buyers of machined parts can plan for in 2027 are MRO Americas (13 to 15 April, Orlando), the Paris Air Show (14 to 20 June, Paris-Le Bourget), EMO Milano for machine tools (4 to 8 October) and the Dubai Airshow (15 to 19 November). Two even-year shows follow in 2028, and one of them has published trade days. All dates here come from organiser pages read on 25 October 2026, and every dated show says so in the table. Dates can change, so check the organiser before you book travel.

Dates not confirmed by the organiser as of October 2026:
- Farnborough International Airshow 2028. The organiser’s page shows a countdown to FIA2028 but no calendar dates in its text. The 2026 show ran 20 to 24 July 2026 and the organiser says the show takes place every two years.
- Space Tech Expo USA and Europe. The organiser pages for both did not open from our side, so no 2027 date is confirmed here. Check spacetechexpo.com and spacetechexpo-europe.com.
- Aeromart Toulouse. The organiser lists the 16th edition for 1 to 3 December 2026 at MEETT in Aussonne and names no later edition.
Which show for which buyer
You buy new aerospace parts and want to widen the supplier list. The Paris Air Show is large: the SIAE site quotes about 2,400 exhibitors from 48 countries for the 2025 edition. At that size, meetings booked ahead matter more than walking the halls, and the show works best for mapping the supply chain and collecting contacts.
You want one-to-one supplier meetings. Aeromart Toulouse is built around pre-arranged meetings between vetted buyers and suppliers, according to the organiser, which makes it closer to a sourcing event than an air show. Its next edition after December 2026 is not announced on the organiser page. ILA Berlin runs a matchmaking format and lists a supplier segment for 2028.

How to use a visit
A show gives you a short time with many people. These steps turn it into a shortlist.
- Write your criteria first. Part family, material, tolerance, quantity, documents. The shortlist method uses the same list.
- Book meetings before you travel. Open stands are busy. Where the organiser runs a meeting format, use it.

- Ask for evidence at the stand. A machine list with models, a sample inspection report and the certificates with scope. The red flags article lists what a thin answer looks like.
